Resolution of Complaints regarding Te Hāhi

Volunteer Conflict Resolution & Management

It is Te Hāhi’s intent to be responsive to any issues or concerns that arise between volunteers and/or staff. Conflict resolution is a way for two or more parties to find a peaceful solution to a disagreement among them.
